There are not yet any formal planning applications for these sites, although this is expected to happen mid-2024.
A prior public consultation was run by the developers and is available here:

Countryside Properties Limited sought comments on its proposals for sites adjacent to Deards End Lane (KB1) and the site adjacent to Gypsy Lane (KB2). The plans show urban design, green space, movement of traffic ( pedestrian, cyclists as vehicles).

Another such consultation is expected in early 2024.
