The Investment and Accounting Policy sets out the Council's policy statements and outlines the measures that it has put in place to ensure that the funds received from the public and, in some instances, from other sources, are administered in a proper manner. This Policy also aims to guarantee the protection of assets and compliance with standard accounting principles

The News Media Policy provides guidance to both Councillors and Officers of the Knebworth Parish Council in their relations with the news media in such a way as to ensure the smooth running of the Council.

The Publication Scheme details information Knebworth Parish Council wil make available to met its commitments under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Safeguarding policy (PDF, 369 Kb)
Knebworth Parish Council employs staff and also owns premises which are rented out to groups, some of which include children, young people and vulnerable adults. The Council recognises that everyone has a duty to these people and this Policy promotes good practice in safeguarding for those using Parish Council facilities.
