Grants

Knebworth Parish Council reviews grant applications twice a year from local groups and organisations to support initiatives in the local community and further the wellbeing of residents.

Examples of grants previously awarded include:

• Knebworth WI, £500 to maintain the three gateway planters
• Knebworth Scout & Guide Group, £419 to replace the cooker in the Scout Hut
• Knebworth Tenants Association, £500 to plant a fir tree on Stockens Green green.
• Friends of Knebworth School, £500 to run a year 6 business event.
• Playaways playgroup, £500 to help cover the annual rent cost
• Knebworth Community Library, £150 to support the provision of a warm hub.
