Council Land & Property

Knebworth Parish Council owns and operates two buildings:
- Knebworth Village Hall, Park Lane
- The Pavilion, Knebworth Recreation Ground, Off Watton Road

It owns two recreation grounds:
- Knebworth Recreation Grounds
- King George V Playing Fields

Both contain a Children's Play Area with a variety of play equipment. Knebworth Recreation Grounds also contains two adult football pitches, four youth pitches, floodlit Multi-Games all weather area, tennis courts and bowling green.

It also has a long lease on
- Lytton Fields Play Space, Lytton Fields

Knebworth Parish Council also owns:
- amenity land at Bellamy Close
- the footpath from New Close to Stevenage Road

The designated common land at the north of Stevenage Road is "unowned" and as such is the responsibility of the Parish Council.

Around the village are a number of benches which are maintained by the Parish Council.
